RESEARCH: No more ""attractive places"" in Russia
Russian Ministry of regional development introduced a development program for Russian regions. The general idea is to create eight agglomerations - settlements joined by transport network and having developed industry and culture – with multimillion population, like Moscow and Saint Petersburg.The main point is to have more attractive regions for business in Russia. All newly created agglomerations will become constituents of the Russian Federation.
