British Analytical Agency "Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU)" has published a scheduled rating of the most expensive cities. According to it, Moscow is the most expensive European city among the non-members of the European Union, and alongside with Amsterdam ( which is the most expensive city in the European Union) it occupies the 26th place in the general list of the most expensive cities in the world. According to the investigation, New York prices are lower than in Moscow.
