Personal taxes stay still

The State Duma has rejected the draft law, which would provide for the progressive income tax imposing. Nowadays the tax rate is 13% for all Russian residents, regardless the income. According to the project, the gains exceeding 5 million rubles (about $ 80,000) a year were expected to be imposed a higher tax.
