New Year sales are Ok!

Lots of people were frightened by growing Euro price and made a decision to buy as much as possible before changing of retail prices. One of the biggest electronic retailers “M-Video” reports about 73% increase of December sales (in compare with 2013) – from 25 billions rubles up to 43 billion of rubles. At the same time the Cartier boutique in GUM was out of stock. Many shops beat they records: some of them sell more 100 Longines watches per month. Not only Russians were good in New Year shopping: Many boutiques met lots of Europeans and Chinese who came to Moscow to buy watches with “old Russian price”.
