NEWS: Consul doesn't make discounts
In reply to claims from some cities on big discounts to Consul watches the representatives of Consul stated that 20 % discount is not made to ordinary buyers. Only those clients having special discount cards can get big discounts. However, the process of forming a club of regular clients is going on in some cities, where Consul got new selling points.
