H.Moser & Cie come to Russia

The brand takes roots in Russia. The company was established in 1828 in St. Petersburg by Heinrich Moser and was popular in Russia until the revolution of 1917. However, after 1917 the business had been closed. In 1996, the brand H.Moser & Cie was registered in Russia by Russian company Inter-Chas, which was engaged in the manufacturing and sales of jewelry and watches. Later, the brand was revived in Switzerland, received several international awards in the field of watchmaking, however, the company could not operate in Russia due to a legal problem. The owner of Inter-Chas Valentin Yaremenko and the company MOSER SCHAFFHAUSEN AG reached an agreement to sell the rights of the brand so that H.Moser & Cie could begin operations in their home country. Inter-Chas will continue producing watches under its own brand "Golden Age".
